Payments:

All services are provided according to the agreed-upon pricing at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Communication Consent:

By providing your contact information, including your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Aurora Recruiting & Retention Partners, LLC.

This may include:

• Emails 
• SMS (text messages) 

SMS Program & Messaging Use Cases

Limitation of Liability:

Aurora Recruiting & Retention Partners, LLC is not responsible for outcomes related to employment, hiring decisions, or job placement results.

Carrier Liability Clause

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency Clause

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
